Guesswork only gets you so far when there's a way to actually see what an AI agent picks up from your page instead of assuming it works the same as a search crawler. You could check whether your product is AI ready and see how it works on a real example here: https://isitagentready.com/upvote.club . It gives you a sense of where your page might be falling short for AI tools, whether that's specs, reviews, or something else not coming through clearly. That way you're working off something concrete instead of guessing where the disconnect is.

The gap between what these tools can do and what most people are actually getting out of them is pretty wide right now, and it's mostly a documentation and workflow problem rather than a capability one. A lot of it clicks way faster when you see it laid out as a system rather than a list of features. Worth digging into Tetrees documentation here: https://tetrees.ai/?utm_source=upv . Goes through how agents, reusable blocks, and testing loops work together as an actual workflow rather than separate things you bolt on. Makes the whole thing a lot easier to wrap your head around in practice.

A lot of countries are really pushing to bring in foreigners these days, some will literally give you citizenship just for putting enough into real estate. Dubai's where I'd be looking right now, prices have come down and there's no better time to get in. Infrastructure's solid, you've got the sea, and the heat's not nearly as rough as people think since pretty much the whole city runs on air conditioning. Check out what apartments are listed here: https://atvir.com/uae/residential-complexes/apartments . There's probably something in there that fits your situation.
