I’m researching customer relationship management (CRM) solutions specifically for pharmaceutical companies. Since pharma sales cycles, doctor & hospital relationships, regulatory requirements, and product tracking need specialized support, I’m trying to understand what features are most valuable. For example, should a pharma CRM focus on medical representative tracking, doctor engagement history, sample distribution management, compliance reporting, analytics, or integration with other systems? I’d like insights from people who have used CRM tools in the pharma industry and what challenges they helped solve.

@harshsharma A CRM for pharma companies, WHSuites designed around complex sales cycles and strict compliance needs. Key features include medical representative activity tracking, detailed doctor and hospital engagement history, sample and distribution management, territory and beat planning, and compliance-ready reporting. Advanced analytics help measure prescription trends and rep performance, while integration with ERP, inventory, and marketing systems ensures accurate product tracking, data consistency, and better decision-making across the pharma sales ecosystem.
