Anyone who's been on LinkedIn for a while, how'd you guys build up a following and get any kind of real visibility on there? I'm still pretty new to it, posting articles I think are interesting, but I'm pretty sure nobody's even seeing them. What's it gonna take to get people actually interested in what I'm putting out?

LinkedIn's algorithm cares a lot more about engagement in the first hour or two after you post than almost anything else, so if a post sits there with zero comments or likes right out the gate, it just stops showing up in feeds pretty fast. A lot of people get the content right but post into total silence because nobody's there to kick things off. Posting consistently matters too, the algorithm seems to favor accounts that show up regularly over ones that post once a month and disappear.

That early engagement window is honestly the biggest hurdle for anyone starting out, you could write something genuinely good and still watch it flop just because nobody interacted with it fast enough. You can get free LinkedIn comments here: https://upvote.club/linkedin . It gets some real activity going on your posts right when it matters most, which helps push them further into people's feeds. Once a post starts picking up traction naturally that way, it tends to keep gaining momentum on its own after that.
