What should I know before choosing 5 Star Tuning for my vehicle?

I have been researching tuning options for my vehicle and am getting close to making a decision. There are quite a few companies offering calibrations, but I would rather hear from people who have actually purchased and used them before deciding where to spend my money.
I keep seeing 5 Star Tuning mentioned in discussions, so I am particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has experience with their service. If you decided to buy custom tunes from them, what was the ordering process like? Did they ask detailed questions about your vehicle, modifications, fuel, and how you normally drive?
I am also curious about the communication after receiving the initial tune. If adjustments are needed, how responsive are they to feedback and datalogs? Did anyone need revisions before getting the driving characteristics they wanted?
