We set up a few customer support accounts on Snapchat where we'd periodically send out updates about promotions we were running. Today all of them got banned at once. Reached out to support and got a bot response saying we violated some rules and that was basically it. What do you do in a situation like this and how do you even prevent it from happening again?

Snapchat's pretty trigger-happy when it sees multiple accounts doing the same thing from the same IP, that's almost certainly what set it off. The bot response is their way of saying don't bother us, but you can still try pushing through an actual appeal in the help center and hope a real person picks it up. Doesn't always work but it's not like you've got much else to go on at that point.

Honestly the most likely thing that set it off is that Snapchat started treating your sends as spam, bulk promotional messages going out from multiple accounts at once is exactly what their filters are designed to catch. Their support isn't going to give you anything useful beyond what that bot already said. Have a look at what to do when a Snapchat account gets suspended or banned here: https://gologin.com/blog/snapchat-account-suspended-or-banned/ . It covers both how to go about getting the accounts back and how to restructure things so you're not constantly triggering their system.
