I am researching manufacturers in China for an industrial water treatment system and would like some guidance from people who have already purchased this type of equipment. My project requires dependable machinery and consistent treatment results, so I am trying to understand which details deserve the most attention before choosing a manufacturer.
Hiju has appeared in my research as a possible supplier. Has anyone dealt directly with Hiju for industrial water treatment equipment? I would like to hear about the actual purchasing process, especially communication during technical discussions, production updates, equipment testing, and delivery arrangements.
I am also unsure about how manufacturers determine the correct system configuration. Should I provide laboratory water analysis, expected daily flow, peak flow, contaminants, and required output quality when requesting a proposal? What other information would experienced buyers recommend including?
Another concern is equipment maintenance after commissioning. How easy is it to source membranes, filters, pumps, control components, and other replacement parts from Chinese manufacturers? Does Hiju provide clear maintenance instructions and technical documentation for overseas installations?
For those who have imported industrial treatment systems, did you encounter unexpected costs after receiving the equipment, such as installation changes, additional components, electrical modifications, or shipping related expenses? I would rather identify these issues before finalizing a supplier.
