What's the one feature you wish more on demand apps actually had?

I use a bunch of on demand apps regularly and honestly, most of them feel pretty similar once you get past the branding. Same booking flow, same tracking screen, same notifications. It's making me wonder what's actually missing.
For me, it's better real-time updates when something goes wrong, not just "your order is delayed" with zero context. A little transparency would go a long way.
I've also been reading up on on demand app development lately, and it seems like most teams focus so much on getting the core booking flow right that these smaller details get pushed to a "maybe later" list that never actually happens.
What about you? Is there a feature you keep wishing existed, or one small thing that would make these apps genuinely better to use?
