How Do I Grow LinkedIn Faster?
-
I’m moving from an in-house sales job into independent consulting, and LinkedIn is going to be my main way of finding clients. The problem is that I barely used the account before, so I have fewer than 150 followers and my posts get almost no reach. I’ve got a few case studies ready, but publishing them to an empty room isn’t doing much. How can I build the account faster and get it in front of the kind of companies I want to work with?

Your case studies won’t help much when the profile still looks like a résumé for recruiters. A potential client needs to see what you fix, who you work with, and what result you usually deliver before they scroll down. Put that into the headline and opening section, then turn each case study into a short post built around one business problem, not a long project summary. Leave useful comments under posts from founders in your target niche, because those conversations can bring the right people back to your profile.

Organic growth still takes time when the profile starts with a very small audience. Even people who like a post may hesitate to follow an account that looks inactive or completely new. To get some movement on the account, you can get free LinkedIn followers here: https://upvote.club/linkedin . The service works through community tasks and doesn’t ask for your LinkedIn password. Use the first followers to make the profile look active, then let the case-study posts and comments attract potential clients.
